She's an entrepreneur who launched two successful million-dollar businesses prior to putting her expertise to work as a marketing consultant in 2005. Marcia co-founded and co-managed a NH-based commercial printing company for 19 years and founded a national seminar marketing company that produced 250 seminar events throughout the US over four years. Her responsibilities have included revenue-generating activities including sales, business planning, marketing, lead generation, and customer service. She also has managed human resource development, retention, and training.
